ARIA (Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma) was established 20 years ago. It includes over 600 members in 89 countries. ARIA Phase 3 was the development of a Good Practice on the digital transformation of health and care in rhinitis and asthma. In ARIA Phase 4 (change management for airway diseases), a network of centres of reference and excellence is being   organized. Several COREs (centres of reference and excellence) are included in the GA2LEN (Global Allergy and Asthma European Network) programme. They include UCARE (Urticaria CORE), ACARE (Angioedema CORE), ADCARE (Atopic Dermatitis CORE) and ARIACARE (ARIA Centres of Reference and Excellence in airway diseases). Accreditation follows the auditing of ARIACARE criteria and ARIA members will be able to apply. However, other centres of excellence can also apply to ARIACARE. ARIACARE-Digital is a novel network in collaboration with the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) and with GA2LEN. Its aim is to implement the digital transformation of health and care in airway diseases. It will also cover COVID-19 using the new MASK-air app. Both members of MASK (Mobile Airways Sentinel NetworK) and others can join the network.
