    • MASK-air is compatible with iOS (version 11.0 or later) and Android (version 5.0 or later) devices.

    • MASK-air does not directly measure air quality. It uses data from environmental sensors, air quality monitoring stations, and other reliable pollen sources.

  7. Can I use MASK-air without sharing my location?

    • Yes, you can use MASK-air without sharing your location, but some features, such as local air and pollen quality alerts, will not be usable.

  8. How do I receive air quality alerts?

    • There are currently no alerts on air quality or pollen. You must activate your geolocation and go to the application to see in real time and in projection on D+1 the air quality and pollen in your region.

  9. How to personalize health recommendations on MASK-air?

    • MASK-air is a medical device. It can be used by a health practitioner to help you better manage your asthma and allergic rhinitis symptoms.

    • You can't see the air quality history. Only the pollution and pollen of the day and the next day are visible. This data is only stored in our database to help researchers better understand the impact of treatments based on your exposures. This data can only be used if you have checked the corresponding box.

  15. How does MASK-air calculate the air quality index (AQI)?

    • MASK-air uses algorithms based on international standards to calculate the AQI from the data collected.

  16. Can I use MASK-air abroad?

    • Yes, MASK-air works in many countries and can provide information on air quality abroad.
